Prices include:
- electricity, gas, water, heating,
- TV Sat, wi-fi, bed linen
- bath and kitchen linen changed weekly
- dishes, dishwasher tablets,phon, broom, mop
- bucket, cleaning cloths
- covered parking for car without trailers and towing
- space for sports equipment, bicycles, motorcycles, and common garden.
- Available on request a free cot/bed for children and baby high chair.
- Laundry room with iron, vacuum cleaner and lavarin.

Conditions
The apartments "Laly" are open all year. Laura cares the organization. The reservation can be made via the Internet at: www.appartamentilalyarco.it or via mail: info@appartamentilalyarco.it It will be confirmed by email. Payment happens upon arrival with cash payment and after that the apartment keys will be given.
The apartments are available from 15°00 to 19°00. By regulation they must be returned in order and cleaned before 9:30 am the day of departure (penalty fee equivalent to one day).
Children under 3 years and baby bed: gratis.

The apartment must be returned clean by 9:30 am of the day of departure (penalty fee equivalent to one day).

At the day of departure, please vacate the apartment in the same condition in which it was delivered: clean, kitchen utensils and kitchen clean and free from rubbish. Penalty fee equivalent to the cost of cleaning service.
You cannot smoke in the apartment, only in open spaces and it is not allowed to cling to the glass of the shower.
It is not allowed to bring bicycles, surfboards and sporting equipment in the apartment. It is allowed only in dedicated spaces.
